At Paramount Global, Steve served as Executive Vice President of Podcasts & Audio, where he transformed the division into a top-10 publisher and 39-time award winner. He oversaw strategy, content, operations, and monetization across a portfolio that included podcast franchises for The Daily Show, 60 Minutes, 48 Hours, Star Trek, and the Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

Earlier in his Paramount tenure, he ran live / experiential and consumer products for Comedy Central and MTV, producing large-scale events and building revenue streams beyond traditional broadcast.
